October 2017 Here we see Persephone and Hades sharing an intimate moment. I have never quite bought the story as handed down, that Persephone was abducted by Hades. Nonsense! The bad boy allure is not a modern invention. Plus, in Persephone's descent, she eventually found her rightful place as the Queen of the Underworld. One thing I take away from this story is the importance of following our own path; for the right path for you is often the wrong path for most. That is why it is your path and not theirs. When the soul is starved of what it needs, there is a danger of being coerced into following the wrong path. So tend to your soul's longings and cravings. Notice what lights you up inside, even if others deem it bad, for it may just be the doorway to a new adventure, and perhaps even a charmed destiny.
