Introduction

The MEDELZ Awards Program (“Program”) is offered by Medelz (“Platform”) to recognize and appreciate artists and fans. This document outlines the legal terms and conditions governing your participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to participate without parental consent. Users under 18 can participate only with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this policy.

Program Activities

Users aged 18+ (or legal age) can purchase virtual awards called “Medelz” using authorized payment methods approved by the Platform.

Users aged 18+ (or legal age) can award Medelz to other users as a token of appreciation.

Medelz Purchases

The price of Medelz will be displayed clearly at the point of purchase.

All charges and payments are processed in the currency specified at purchase through designated payment mechanisms. You are responsible for any currency exchange fees, foreign transaction fees, and payment channel fees associated with your payment provider.

EU residents have certain rights to withdraw from a purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by purchasing Medelz, you acknowledge they are delivered immediately, waiving your right to cancel.

Medelz Usage

Medelz are tokens of appreciation and cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, or any other form of credit or political purposes. Medelz can only be used on the Platform and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized by the Platform. Medelz cannot be assigned or transferred to other users without the Platform’s written permission. Medelz do not constitute property and are non-transferable upon death, domestic relations matters, or by law. Unauthorized transfers will render the Medelz void. The Platform can terminate accounts and forfeit Medelz for violating these restrictions. All Medelz expire upon account termination for any reason. The Platform reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Medelz at its discretion. The Platform will attempt to provide reasonable notice for complete Medelz elimination.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program or use of Medelz.

Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate your account and participation in the Program for any reason, with or without notice.

Modifications:

The Policy should reserve the right for the Platform to modify the Program and its terms at its discretion without any notice.
