Welcome to the Medelz app. This Fee Policy outlines the fees associated with using our services through the Apple App Store. By using our app, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
4. Subscription and Billing Policy (Future Implementation)
- Subscription-based services, if introduced, will follow Apple’s subscription guidelines. Users will be informed about the subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation options.
- Subscriptions, if applicable, will be billed to the user’s Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Users can manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their Apple ID settings.
5. Refund Policy
Since all future in-app purchases will be processed through Apple, any refund requests will be subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies. Users can request refunds directly through Apple by visiting Apple’s Refund Request Page.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Fee Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected within the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
